I'm a relatively new boatie with solid land lubber heritage. Bought a Quintrex bow rider a couple of years ago. I learn everything slowly through trial and error...mostly error. I have snorkelled much with the fishes and would like to learn how to safely remove one from the sea and eat it. Fairly comfortable I can handle the eating part.
