GT31 Warranty repairs
I just want to share my experience with Locosys on getting my GT31 repaired under warranty.
Sent it off to Taiwan via Australia Post (regular) 8 days ago. Got an email the screen has been replaced and is being shipped back to me today.
The account manager Kate Yang has been very professional and has assisted me with any questions that i had.
All in all, a very painless experience.
