This looks a little like a turbo-bong but is actually another home-made vacuum pump. Why is it that these always seem to be built on a dodgy looking piece of wood as a base? Note the red control panel including vacuum gauge & on/off over ride switch. The fire-extinguisher bottle is probably a little undersized as a reservoir as a leaky bag will will it too quickly. Looks tech though. This probably needs a few more covers & shields before it will pass Australian standards....
