Last year and the several prior there was a big push for fracking by the big end of town.
It was banned flat out due to the dodgy practices the damage to land, water, farming land, environment.
Mark McGowan was at the forefront of the ban and obviously spoke to many many people about his stance.

As of right now the government. Has lifted the ban, apparently our EPA reviewed it all and now it is safe. This alone reeks of corruption and dodgy dealings, there is no way and independent environmental protection agency would allow this and sign off.
It gets even dodgier when you learn the law has also changed and the government get 10% of all money from non standard onshore oil and gas. So mark McGowan has sold out our biodiversity and environment clean water and air, for ten percent of the profit from big oil...........

Where this tale which is unbelievable really gathers momentum is than in its justification, they will only target 2% of the land in the state........

If anyone wants to reference this to how much land this is, minesites at current account for less than 0.02% of west aussies land........ so the gas fracking will have access to ten times more land than at current in mining.

I urge anyone who cares to sign the petitions and send their office an email or make a call.

This will destroy access to land and likely coastal areas, it will destroy any waterways near it and in a state as dry as west oz it's not like that will be a problem in future?????
