WindFoiling - My 10th Time, Nose Lift Control
Nothing beats time on the water! After 10 sails with my Slingshot foil, I have mastered nose lift control, albeit under 20kts of wind/board speed. After that, well suffice to say unintended Ariel manoeuvres are unavoidable.

The trick is to use your back hand to control the sails sheet angle, as usual, and also to use large movements of your back hand to shift the whole sail fore and aft to move the CoE (and Centre of Mass) forward or backward depending if you need more or less lift.

With this realisation I could then move the mast base to the centre, and regain a more normal stance on the board, with less mid-torso twist, greatly improving comfort!
