Ok there is about 40k km of coast line around this big island.
In your opinion which location is best for kiting according to the following list of requirements:

1) Windy (winter and summer)
2) Warm all year round (outside and in)
3) Lifestyle (talking pubs, cafes, restaurants, scenery)
4) Waves (so no inland locations)

I'm thinking probably QLD, but I have never kited there, so don't know about the wind conditions throughout the year. And if QLD where exactly?
