Hi all,
I have a inflatable boat that is leaking from its seams and all the oar holders and handle have fallen off! I purchased a two part glue to start repairing the boat but realised I couldn't get to most of the areas and I also found out that the boat was still in Warranty by a month. So I contacted Aquos boats by email and after a few weeks of email ping pong and trying their suggestion I received this response,
" Thanks for your patience all the time. According to the photos, it is repairable, and we are willing to partially refund you $130, please go to local repair facility to get it fixed. What do you think about this? We'll act immediately after you agree and confirm."


So does anyone know of a repairer (close to Blacktown area), I don't think $130 dollars is going to cover the cost!

So much for warranties!!

any suggestions on how to answer their last question would be appreciated and most likely be use.
