I've tried the Seven seas 1100 & own the Code 1130s. I think they are very similar & both very forgiving, great glide, maneuverability & excellent for learning gybes etc. They tend to keep you up out of the water when gybing which helps. The seven seas 1100 is a newer generation 8 aspect & a beautiful foil to ride. The skates & eagles are a different breed & you'll struggle at this stage. I'm 86kgs & can't stop riding my 1130 because it's so easy & fun even though I should go back to my 980 . I wouldn't change systems if you're already on code especially for a big guy.
I'd actually give the new F one system a year to see if there are any faults with the new system before buying.

When you say you want to give foiling another shot, it doesn't sound like it is a problem with the foil. Foiling is incredibly frustrating to learn epecially if older so you do have to stick with it. Some learn fast (bastards) & others, like myself, take a little longer to get it dialed. Whatever foil you get, keep on with it.

On the other hand it may entice new customers over to F one. I deliberately didn't buy f-one because of the mast setup. In saying that I would wait for a year & see if the new one can handle the jandle.

Manage your expectations. When I got my PW I swore I'd never wing again but I have really only used mine a few times. You need good constant wind so if your regular place has it then go for it.
I would like to go for a larger PW however the only amateur video I have seen in real life light wind conditions (12-15knots) showed the PW to be quite cumbersome & a hell of a lot harder to start than a wing. I think the manufacturers know this so some don't even make them that big & they definitely don't push them. You'll see the advertising videos are always lit conditions.
Of course on the other hand you'll hear some guys telling you they are 140kgs & can get up in 6knots with a 35l board...

You call that a stupid ding??? This is a stupid ding... Beach was going off, wind & great waves!!! Damn, I forgot my board leash. Noone had a spare. "Use a tiedown" someone said. "Hmmm Ok" I say unsure. I go out & have an insane session until booomph!! & a feeling of weightlessness in the water. See my board floating away & the leash plug still attached to the tiedown around my waist...

Yeah the boards I build very similar to this cost $600 in materials. They've gotta pay for that CNC machine somehow I guess. The shape is pretty much a revision of a Mk1 Kalama anyway so not that ground breaking. The forward third volume bias has been pretty much done for years in Hawaiian boards. I think this is bit of an ad disguised as information.
As far as "carbon is a must" & "semi hollow" yeah I dunno about that. I've been draining one of my full eps boards for the last week or so after getting a couple of the inevitable hairline cracks that happen with carbon rails & rocks. A semi hollow board would be good where there's no rocks but I'm going back to FG rails.

I think you're gonna struggle with that setup. Unfortunately it sounds like you've invested pretty heavily in those foils which are pretty outdated. The spitfire has no glide which is what you're gonna want learning to gybe. If you want to stick with Axis try to get hold of an Art V2. Knowing what I know now, after struggling for years on a similar setup as yours I would take the loss, dump it & get a Code or F one setup. If I had bought a different setup I'd have shaved a season off my progression curve.

Wow that's really interesting. I demoed, fell in love with, & ordered an F one setup last year only to cancel it a week later when the media was awash with lost foils & broken screws. I then got a code setup. Looks like the fuse system is identical to the code one.
