Weather Situation for New South Wales
A trough and associated cold front are moving through central areas, with fresh northerly winds to the north and a gusty southerly change to the south. The trough is forecast to stall on the northern coast later today. Winds will gradually shift northerly again through the middle part of the week as a new high pressure system becomes established over the Tasman Sea, before the next southerly change arrives on Thursday or Friday.
