Where is every one windsurfing this weekend?
Based on the bay forecast and how easterly winds are sometimes stronger in the East. It could be good at Sandy Point Sunday for wave sail in the morning and then some speed sailing in the afternoon. Check Windguru for more details. www.windguru.cz/15753

So the SE is here. Where exactly in Williamstown or surrounds can you launch? All I've seen are rocks and more rocks.
Great fun at the Gap today. A fair few guys out on 4.5 - 5.5 ish sails enjoying the conditions by the looks of it. Twisted my angle trying to land a pathetic attempt at a jump on my second run out but sailed for a few hours anyway, ankle fairly tender but having too much fun to stop. Few of the guys heading off to the Pit later in the afternoon for the low tide.
Busy as Bourke St late in the day at Sth Ricketts. And sizes from mid 4's to 7's - all depending on how late you arrived I guess, plus a few people have a bit of practice on bigger gear for the Breakwater to Beacon next w'kend.
Is anyone else noticing how warm the bay temp is, by the way? Guess that's what you get when you have warm days and warm nights and not much wind to mix it al up. At least there isnt many jellyfish (yet).
Wind was annoying slow to develop today but when it did it was awesome off Mornington. Got particularly strong about 8pm. Was way over powered at times on 5.5. Fun though.
Great being able to sail in just a rashie too.
Sailed the gap from 11:30 through to 3:30pm on my 4.5m, wind was consistent all day...Epic session!!
heaps of fun 3 footers, and some great jumping on the last hour when the waves started to wall up better! As EJMack says, big turnout yesterday...
