Does anyone have any intel. on Lake Turangmoroke located adjacent to Lake Bolac?

It looks like it could be interesting.

Dang. Missed it by a day. If I'd seen your question yesterday, I could have checked it out when I drive through Lake Bolac around lunchtime. Plenty of water in Lake Bolac at the moment if that's any help.

I actually did, or at least I tried to.

Unfortunately, the open part of the public road on the Nothern side seemed to end about 600m short of the shore and I didnt want to upset any farmers by going through gates. But it did look promising in that it did not seem that the water surface was much below the surrounding paddocks.

Next time I am going past I will have a look to see if the marked road on the Eastern side actually exists.
