Lets get this twighlight series going before the season is over!
The forecast looks great:
Forecast for Thursday until midnight
Winds: South to southeasterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching 25 knots at times in the
afternoon. Seas: 0.5 to 1 metre increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres in the afternoon.
If there is some wind, points will be awarded to anyone that makes an effort and sails beyond their usual capacity. It may mean a gybe for someone or a loop for someone else!
That said folks, we will be firing up the BBQ wind or no wind at around 7pm.
There are some new members to meet, some new kids to be introduced to the sailing life and the same ole’ sailing stories to be tossed around.
Bring your kids, bring your missus (or mr) and please BYO grog.
Just remember that even if it isn’t windy, the deck at ESC is one of the finest places in the galaxy to watch the sun go down!
