How dedicated do the crew need to be?

I can do it, but not every weekend.

Would that be OK?

Steve,

The boat is a Hick 30, composite construction and very light for its size approx 1700kg. Not much down below, to keep her light and fast. She is designed for bay racing. Its a dinghy on steroids.

you can be as dedicated as you want to be. It all depends on your level of experience and how much you want to learn about sailing.

Generally we race approx 2 to 3 saturdays in the month during summer and 1 to 2 in winter.

We need 7 to 8 crew to sail her in racing trim. We have a roster/sailing programme so that the crew can indicate when they are available.
