Saw jack today, cracker of a bloke, sailling like a man on speed, planning jibes, chop hops, and a couple of ankle breakers,good to see a Old bloke with titanium rods in his legs jibbing better than jez

Yes, first sail in nearly 7 months since the accident. Leg stood up well but ankle a little bit dicky - can only get better with time. Great to back on the water - now for the waves (only little ones!).
Good to have you back Cracker we're heading up to BOL next weekend, I know you'll be ready
