heading down the west today will have a look at henty, it looks way to northerly to sail , so we'll see .

Went west today to check out Henty with Perk. I'm sure he'll have more to add, but Henty is buggered for the time being. Hasn't changed much from the last reports and heads out to sea with very little run left. Photos to follow (Perk).
Dropped into little henty which could be promising with a WNW blow. Looks to be a nautical mile in it and has straightened up from the last time we where there. Still a bit tricky getting to the river though, but saw a guy drive along the beach without to much trouble today.

I've driven up to Little Henty along the beach from Strahan in the Prado, just starts getting a bit soft near it and there's lots of old tree stumps and branches in the sand.

Yeah Kazz, I took the mini cooper s up there last week, I know the problems you face, or some of them anyway.

Wow its changed so much...maybe one day we can sail it again....Little Henty looks interesting

It's looking a bit better than when I was there a few months ago, so it is slowly etching out a new channel.
