Hello folks, just wondering if anybody of you guys has ever seen a shark or a dolphin at goats while surfing?
I went out today and saw a big fin above the water, slowly swimming.
I **** myself (-:
Went back to the beach, had a break, and straight out again (-:

I've seen four whales swimming just on the outside of the break but never seen a shark

That's awesome.
I'm not sure what it was. I thought that the fin looked pretty huge, and it was swimming very slowly.

Sweet, needed to take a photo, then every expert could have had an opinion.

Sounds awsome, unless it was a hungry shark, then it sounds like Kazza was right.

Been surfing at goats with big mum,and calf with bull, waiting for next shag, was only game to go with in 70 meters of them and that was scary, such big creatures, even spoke to them it went like this ,eaeeeaeewea ayeewaeea under water ,as for Noah, you should check out photos in south arm RSL, they are always there, seen heaps, or have I,cormirant, seal, penguin, whale, Noah, still here on solid ground, sail with carbon mast,in lightning ,but don't hang my Tea Bag,in the water,,,,,,,,,,,,all part of enjoying living with Huey and Atlantis .the worst was a 6 foot seal surfing with me, I hopped out of the water.

The amount of time The Big Fos spends in the water, means he has very Big Balls with full credit to him,so elchuco you got nothin to worry about. You saw just a big salmon that John West rejected

Only seen a seal out there. I remember a great white was spotted out off Black Jack rock a couple of years ago, I know they're out there but what do you do, give up water sports........not!!

Odds of being eaten by a shark when windsurfing goats must be very low, wipeouts on the wave occur in 2ft of water and it is only windy enough to sail there 5 times a year!

Years ago I fell in the water at Goats or RSL just do not remember 100% anymore and something hit my leg

I think it was a salmon (that what I told myself at the time) still did not stop me freaking out and packing up for the day

proof I'm made of the tuff stuff
