It looks like Jez has been doing heaps of cross training over winter; Golf, Squash, gym, running. Great to see the young bloke has got a bit of go in him since giving up football and drinking competitions.
What have others been doing? I know Damos been flat out repairing Kites for weeks now. I think his black belt in macrame has progressed from needle work to powered stitch, well done Damo!
Be honest everyone, what are you doing to stay fit?

Gardening/landscaping everyday keeps me fit (I feel fit). Although as soon as I go sailing I feel unfit (not enough saling lately due to lack of wind and work). I think you still need that regular sailing as well to stay windsurfing fit. Cannot wait till next week, hope its as good as it looks forecast wise.
