Hi All Tassie Windsurfers
With the AGM to be held at 10am in Stanley on Sunday 10th March, the time has come to think about next season's Windsurfing Tasmania Office Bearers.
Nominations are required for the position of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Officer and Committee members.
Nominations will need someone to second them and nominees will need to accept their nomination.
The Other Office Bearers positions can remain the same unless the incumbent wishes to step down or we receive new nominations for these positions.
Nominated persons do not have to be current members as long as they intend to join prior or on the date of the AGM.
This is your chance to nominate an existing office bearer, someone new or even yourself.
Post your nominations on Seabreeze before the 6th March so they can be collated prior to the AGM.
This is a great chance for new people to get involved in the committee to continue to promote windsurfing.
Windsurfing in Tassie has gone to a new level in the last year especially in the north with many new sailors as well as the older guys coming back to the sport.
It's important to have a dedicated and active committee to keep achieving the successes of the last few years, it's also gotta be fun because that's what gets new people out on the water.

Buzzy has accepted position of secretary so looks like WT office bearers remain the same as this season with the addition of Johnny Huet, well done Jack with the work you have put into the Spot Guide you will double the talent on the committee and triple the intelligence...........sorry find it hard to be serious
