Sailed at Dorans yesterday and was so impressed with the clean up and improvement efforts done at the foreshore by the team that had come together to remove stakes and cleanup the foreshore.
Not sure how many oysters and mussels were removed but it looked like tones.
A big thank you from me guys, it's a huge improvement

didn't know the foreshore was getting cleaned up too. I would have been a bit reluctant about helping clean up Dorans and I'm a bit reluctant to sail there at the moment too. My doctor dry iced some yukky growths on my index finger last week and I think I've ended up with 1st degree burns with huge blisters. I hate being incapacitated, but could be worse I spose.
Knowing how beautiful and clean Dorans is I think I'll give it a miss at the mo, and probably the Derwent as well Bring on clean water sailing!!!
Yea nice work guys looks like you guys had fun doing it too looking at Fos the next morning would of been there if i didn't have to work great effort
