Really excited about my new board. Hope someone is coming up this way. My old 86 fanatic has been great but getting a bit old now. Ive been told the shape should be a softer ride than my current one that doesn't like to stick to the water in higher winds with chop .

I'll be down the cold end of the state on the 10th and 11th of August in case you have no other takers in the meantime

Just a thought, maybe you also need a smaller volume board for those winder days. I would find an 86 litre board too much for me with anything over 25 kts.

Hi kazza , I already have a hand me down 74 acid from Alan which I really enjoy sailing on the windier choppy days on the river and on beach sail days at bellbouy or east. The fanatic is going to be used mainly on the river and in less windy conditions when there isn't enough for the acid. Have to keep all those wind strengths covered.
