Was thinking about a sail, but my glands are up and feeling a bit run down, so thought I'd better listen to the bod and have a rest day. 
Next weeks looking alright for some wind....maybe and warmer temps as well
yes, a big gland(s) always comes with a sore throat.

So what was Sandpits like?
Bell Buoy on Thursday was 18 to 24 Kts with a messy chest high swell. Not much but the sun was out for most of the time (apart from the 20 minutes when there was a bit of hail!!!! Brrrrrrr).
