Looks like a big southerly on Sunday, Southern beaches (i.e clifton etc) could be good. ( lets at least get one good sail there this year!!).
Keep an eye on it.
Just checked it out... up to 30knot southerly with a bit of swell but not too much, haven't seen a forecast for Clifton like this all year![]()

I get one session this weekend, so I guess I'll go for Sunday Arvo.

Getting windy at Lewisham (Where I am at the moment) dont know if anything will eventuate, but you never know ![]()
Windy at Marion at the moment, I might have to go and have a look ![]()
Sorry Dave I meant I was checking the lagoon today at 2 in the Northerly. Lagoons no good for 1 hour as the runs are only about 600m.
The calm before the storm!!
Forecast for the south east is ....'Southwesterly 10 to 20 knots tending south to
southeasterly 10 to 15 knots during the morning then increasing to up to 30
knots around midday'
Lets hope it comes in, either way should get a sail in afternoon. Be it pond or Clifton.
Wind is out of SE now at Goats and the low clouds are starting to move pretty quick.
Its starting to look promising.
Tree's are starting to rattle and bend at Clifton, I go for a walk to the beach and report back by 10am.![]()
wow I can feel tension
Keep letting us know where people are. I wanna try this waves stuff again
Let me know where you go. High tide @ 2 as well.
Sorry Dave, we are winning all the time.
I WANT WAVES
Clifton about 18 to 20 knots, south, very consistent breeze looks to be building. Waves about 1ft a few little ramps down the beach. I'm tempted to go now!
Just got home - Pitwater was looking alright.
Maybe get daves 1hr
I was maybe thinking of launching on the old road bit, where all the fisher folk park on the first causeway
