What likelihood of wind / getting a sail at end of Feb?

Clearly coming with a wagonload of gear so ready for everything :)

Jon no trouble getting wind that time of year in most parts of the state.
The best sailing is usually up north at Port Sorell and Sanley for flat water and Marrawah for some great wave sailing.
Still reasonable sailing in the south if you're coming down to Hobart
Let us know when you're on you're coming down and we'll catch up somewhere on the water

Thanks mate,

Just found out it's first week of March... I guess it'll be windier and colder! Brrrr..... Looks like some good flatwater in that lagoon on South Arm.

Are there any easy-going (basic) yacht charters down there?

hi Retzy, i am sure there would be some yacht charters in the southern end run out of the Derwent or Channel area.
