Unless others want to lower the cut-off, a Spot Record is for speeds reached at that spot that are over 35 knots.
Also, are we adding that spot at Port Sorell, where the NM's have been done (the one to the SE of the boat ramp)? I'm sure Izaak got at good run there, but we were wondering whether we have any more runs than one at Port Sorell? The Derwent River is a good example of one large area where you can sail over a large area and there is only one 'spot record' category for the entire area. Pittwater is the other extreme where we have two causeways and we have a spot record for each. Can't recall the discussion outcome from before, but I reckon we add that second run at Port Sorell?

I reckon there should only be one spot record for all of pittwater. West and east is still pittwater, its the same spot so why have two!

I reckon there should only be one spot record for all of pittwater. West and east is still pittwater, its the same spot so why have two!
I agree Jez and since Dave has them both then it makes that decision easier. I guess that should be the same for Port Sorell??

Yeah include/keep them all Dave, if above 35knots spots. Which is fair. It just means, we can all look at these spots and have a speed to aim for and improve.
Dont be like that Kazza..... us slow boats just have to be more adventurous and find new runs before anyone else does
Tassies only a small state and these guys are so keen they've found every square inch of speed runs.
