Bring the customers along Damien

BOM shows 25-35 knots SW all afternoon.

We can confirm details for location and briefing time this evening.

If you want to compete and aren't a WT member, you can do it by email and direct deposit or tomorrow at the beach.

I can email membership for with deposit details today if anyone wants. PM me through seabreeze.

NO shortage of wind it seems.

Might bring the family as spectators!

Rules>>>> are there rules for noncompeting sailors sailing during the competition, other than being polite and keeping out of the way???

I think it's pretty much as you say- but I may stand corrected.

25-30 knots at Park Beach. Kaleb took out the event, followed by Flouro.

Several late comers had a crack for the rest of the day.

I'll see if any of the photos turned out alright.

A few photos from later in the day when my frozen fingers started working again. Thanks Houston for being the judge for the day- hopefully we'll see you on the water some time this season.

Very very average conditions unfortunately the southerly was dead on shore but much colder and gustier than a sea breeze southerly we get in summer and wouldn't you know it this Saturday's forecast is for a strong west/sw with a moderate ground swell both perfect for side to side on jumping at Park beach. The headland shelters the car park on this direction even in 30 knots and it makes for a whole lot more pleasureable experience.

I thought any time it blows over 20 knots with waves over 2 foot was above average? You guys in Hobart must get it too good.

It has been a bit average up here, but the company has been great - everyone else has ben out injured so it has been me and all my mates.

Tomorrow and Sunday are looking okay, so I'll get some more alone time I reckon, if Paul can't escape the invalid ward.

One can only surmise you don't wash your wetsuit out...
Where are you and your entourage planning on sailing tomorrow?

I have a new board to try that's appropriate for the conditions and excited to see the sand back at Bellbouy last weekend.
