This is awesome 9 PBs and 12 sessions and possibly more posts to come in. Probably the coldest sailing conditions in Australia. We also had the most sailing sessions on GPS challenge. Great job Tassie Speed Seekers.

Did you see that nasty weather come through as we were leaving? Hail, sleet and rain (and wind)!!

Yeah I saw that, I was wondering why you were pulling the car over but then looked up and saw what looked like a mini storm coming through. We definately would have needed the small gear for that. Glad we just got packed up and into the car before that came through.

Houston,

I said a prayer to the god of the wind and they said they raised you from the dead and you were making a comeback from the farside of hell!!!!!![}:)][}:)][}:)]

Yeah well Russ, first I went to heaven, all i found were 40 virgins and i know that sounds like every mans dream, but they told me to rack off and go to hell. so I went there, found some old hippies who all had one regret, they never could pull off a forward loop so told me to f@##@# off, get back down there and pull one off, so here I am back and ready and on fire

yeah Ant.
learn to loop!
safest way is the dead downwind -jump- land on your back technique (SHEET IN AND LOOK BEHIND).
no fear factor and as you build up your confidence you will become more aggressive and rotate further. you only need to be just planing to start with.
If you are xdownwind when you jump ( and sheet in hard) then the rig can only land on top of you, instead of you crashing into the rig!
