Havent managed to stay on the board long enough for a nauticle mile yet but yeah was very happy with yesterday...
Theres a shallow sand bar in the middle of the river btw..... slows you up... QUICK... lucky I was hooked into my safety harness ![]()

19 knots seems so quick to me... like scary quick, so tell me - where do you get the piece of brain removed to be happy cruising at 35 and sheet in hard looking for 40???
They say a lot of the older guys a some of the quickest in speed sailing because of the experience that they have gained over the years.
So Houston you should be cracking 50kts by now.. ![]()

Busy I was. Once again went to Hobart for the weekend. I have the next 3 up north so now I just need the wind.
