Yeah they were probably ok, didn't they start the "grunge" music thing?
I'm continually discovering new music from the past that I like. Recently I put together a playlist of "high energy psych-up to sail songs" - went through some windsurfing / surfing dvd's to get ideas, and from the Polakow vid I discovered the Dropkick Murphys, a hard core punkish Irish band - they rock! "Going out in Style" is a great album, and "Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya" is a great song, not sure what album it's off. On the Polakow vid they do the bagpipe and guitar version of Amazing Grace in the wipeout scenes. Even my wife likes it, to vacuum to

Also discovered bands like Social Distortion (also from Polakow vid), and others.
Anyone like a copy of my mixed cd I can burn at will - it's also good for driving - when you have to get to other side of the state to catch the low tide!![]()
Dropkick Murphys sound great!
Dad And I would really appreciate a copy of your mixed cd
Mum says Dad Really needs some motivation with the vacuuming too!

God bless and goodnight
Good call Captain Morgan, Nirvana with Nevermind were placed in the top five on triple J's hottest 100 albums of all time. Such a shame that Kurt Cobain decided there were better things to do with his time than be alive. Get into early Silverchair, AC/DC ( sorry there is no lightning bolt key on my computer ) and anything Metallica and you will have plenty of cool music to listen to.
