Please note that recent members of WT have been advised that the WT Committee will hold the AGM for the FY2022 on Tuesday 13th September at 7.30pm. The meeting will be conducted remotely on Microsoft Teams.
If there are any interested parties who wish to participate on the WT committee, please advise. Nominations for Committee & Officer roles are welcome, by providing a replay below.
The ordinary business of an annual general meeting is to be as follows:
(a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting;
(b) to receive from the committee, auditor and servants of the Association reports on the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year of the Association;
(c) to confirm the election of the President of the Association and the other committee members;
(d) Other business.An invitation link to the the MS Teams meeting will be sent to addressees one week before the meeting.
