Forecast still looks good Saturday stronger wind should be good for Greens. Sunday swell 4m so should be good enough for BOL wind lighter but that's usually not a problem there as its more exposed and not too rough. Simon, Kaleb Relic Ant planning to leave Hobart early Saturday morning and come back Sunday evening. Will watch forecast and confirm tonight.
Looks like Damo Azza Jez Relic Buz Ant Simon Tim Fos from the south now Greenie and Clarky have you gone into hiding? I've spoken to Border Control Chief of Staff Mr Anthony Abbott he said you don't need a passport he'll let you thru so long as you drive and not sneek thru on a boat
Love that photo of Fluro on the face with the wind turbines in the background. Well done guys for committing to the trip - the forecast looked so good early in the week but just did not deliver - it was the same down here - what could have been.
Looks like we are now in the true Autumn pattern with still days for the rest of the week but at least Saturday is looking good with a 20+ knot westerly predicted.
Thanks for the pics Relic and Fluro hard work but a memorable weekend Jez is right BOL forecast looks good for Saturday 5m swell with 20-30kt WSW winds

Let's hope the forecast holds I need a ride back to Burnie
Great photos. Its awesome to see that the tradition of Easter wave sailing missions to the west coast are being kept alive. Sneaking out through the waves at Greens beach requires a whole new set of skills but the rewards are there when you do make it out the back.
