Is the forecast holding to be worthwhile?

Forecast still looks good Saturday stronger wind should be good for Greens. Sunday swell 4m so should be good enough for BOL wind lighter but that's usually not a problem there as its more exposed and not too rough.
Simon, Kaleb Relic Ant planning to leave Hobart early Saturday morning and come back Sunday evening.
Will watch forecast and confirm tonight.

Nice photos

This is starting to get to me. Either I'm busy and can't make it or the forcast is crap.
When it finally lines up the car craps out

Love that great long wave out the back, we'll done antman & flouro for getting the shot

Don't let it get to you. It was "float and Ride" most of the time FoS. Lots of skill required. Not at all suited to us substantial bokes!

Love that photo of Fluro on the face with the wind turbines in the background. Well done guys for committing to the trip - the forecast looked so good early in the week but just did not deliver - it was the same down here - what could have been.

Looks like we are now in the true Autumn pattern with still days for the rest of the week but at least Saturday is looking good with a 20+ knot westerly predicted.

Great photos. Its awesome to see that the tradition of Easter wave sailing missions to the west coast are being kept alive. Sneaking out through the waves at Greens beach requires a whole new set of skills but the rewards are there when you do make it out the back.
