Did anyone see all the shark stories on Channel 7 last night. Talk about a flogging of shark stories. First there was a show on 5 nearly eaten alive, then the movie Jaws. I think after all that I'm totally desensitized of sharks now. SO WHO'S SAILING TODAY????? WHO'S GOING TO NAIL EVERY GYBE!!!

yeah , what about the bull sharks that have been spotted in Lauderdale Canal. They think they are living off baby ducks and old age pensioners.
Or was that bull ....!

On the news tonight they showed footage of a 2mt Marko shark off Hope beach. The footage was taken from a boat around 100mt off shore. They said the shark was harmless but I would not want to be near it

Hum, I sailed there the other day by myself, and was pretty concerned when I was not on my board

Yeah I suspect that if I had saved all the money I've spent on fishing gear over the last 20 years I could probably afford to buy fish to eat twice a week, but would have missed out on all the frustrations of not actually catching anything. Which is actually a good thing, because when you finally catch a good eater, it's all worth it.

And if Russ saved all the money he'd spent on windsurfing gear in the last 2 years.....He could buy the Muirs business
