Hawley in a SE?

Hi,

I am up the north west and am thinking of going out at hawley, can any one recommend the best place to sail from in a SE? Tide is low at the moment but on the way in. Is blowing a gusty 15 knots. Seems like about the worst wind direction for sailing out here.

Yes not really any where to sail on a SE here maybe up the river, i am keen to try this speed run on the next honking low tide.

hi Izzac,

whereabouts is that, is it near the boatramp a port sorell? I am up till the end of the week so might have to give it a go.

yep next to the boat ramp,if it's low tide and SE it funnels threw there and could be a great run.
