Not joking, but just so you hate me??GB the most local of locals in Gero scored a 15/20 knots last seabreeze of a very late season at the end of his street yesterday !
It was a joke yesterday, but doesn't seem like a joke right now...
Will the unimaginable happen, wind performing an appearing instead of a disappearing act ...
Even less of a joke now - COME ON BABY!
Early start - beat the tide - stay there AAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL day if needs be.
Still looking good this morning...
I think that I can qute confidently say 'Bellbuoy' will be the place to be.
1. The direction is perfect for BB
2. Bellbuoy will pick up a knot or two more than East
3. The sand is back!
Al Planet - are you saying that you are getting a new wetsuit and you hope that it looks like that...you'll be 'killing it'.
G4K - earlier is better and earliest is best - currently from 6.00 am - 23, 26, 28 ,26, 27
Low at 7.00 High at 1.00. A bit of North in it all day so the high tide will not mess with wind, but waves are way better when the tide is in its bottom half.
Only one more sleep!
Seems like the wind and waves will be picking up towards the evening. Pushing tide usually has bigger waves, but then again you never know how the waves are going to break at Bell Buoy.
Great to see the photos of Bell Buoy and also great to get a couple of days in a row. Monday was a steady 20 knot westerly at Lagoon with some nice smooth sailing conditions and winter sunshine.
