For all those who may be able to get there on the basis of a 'not bad' looking forecast -

Bellbuoy can be phenomenal in this direction - the swell is generally 'swell' as opposed to chop, the water glassy smooth, the wind slightly off-shore, and the waves come along the beach at an angle, forming long right-handers.

Low tide is at 5.30, so from early afternoon onwards there may be some cool stuff happening.

Fingers crossed for some non-normal conditions tomorrow, because it is back to normal next week , that is, no wind.

The bonus - easterly airstreams bring SAND to Bellbuoy!

Here it is on a small day but a few weeks after this I sailed it with Jason and it was quite a bit bigger but still breaking really nicely. Best when the wind swings straight east (cross off) but also fun in the NE direction.
