Actually Peter Freeman put on a formula display worth the trip.
well done Peter.
Went to Dorans early, was planing for about 30 mins then wind dropped out which was a bit of a sh.t.............but that didn't matter cos the fun really started later.
Jezabomb came round to get some old gear I've got in the shed but before I fixed him up with a rig we had to give his kids a ride on the horse.
Did that, the kids were stoked then Jez decided to jump on himself.....I slipped off the lead rope... the horse took off, the horse gave a good hard buck.....Jez ended up bouncing off pretty hard ground just missing a few rocks
Once I realized he wasn't dead I couldn't stop lauging...don't think he was impressed
Then heard later Kaleb was playing with the kids in the skate park and had a pretty hard fall......he went home crying
Bring on the wind, sailing is a safer sport
Russ better get the record straight, Jez has no kids that we know of.......Jezabomb is my nephew with 5 kids that we know of
