Southern Tas Windsurfer Health Tip

Dr J Palmer(MD, PsyD, Hatnt) has expressed concerns over the sitings of closet kitesurfers at cremone beach this season. A reformed windsurfer himself, who spent many years searching for a higher meaning in life, and when introduced to the kite soon realised it was the only way to truly express to the world his windality.

He has developed a cutting edge program to help others come to grips with their inner windality and would like to offer this workshop to his sailing brothers and sisters.

Exciting tomorrow at Park beach he would love to introduce some of his methodologies, make the most of this once in a lifetime opportunity!!!!

20ft on surf report is a40ft wave face=12 meters a lazy triple mast on the outside reef . Of coarse that's only translates to mast to double mast on the sailable in side reef unless you get caught by a wide one or "channel buster" then you probably drown unless you can hold your breath and stay clam under water for at least 30to 60 seconds ( next swell maybe)

Next swell is on the horizon (well hitting WA soon) it looks more organised and more south/southwest this time hopefully wind plays ball and we may get BOL at mast to mast and a half with clean wind .
