Nice.... a few of us sailed Lagoon, John arrived with his futura, Ben did some rhinoplasty on his carve (boards are trending shorter). There were lots of bumps and quite a bit of wind.

Don't worry, have you seen the front of my board? I find a bit of epoxy is a sailor's best friend. Two of my boards show the scars.

yep, I rigged the 5.8 to begin with and got absolutely flattened. I reckon the mast struck the nose of the board...
Rigged the 5.0 and had some good runs, as Al said it was very bumpy that day.
I have got a brainload of repair advice from Paul and the repair is underway. I am taking heaps of photos of all the stages and will post them up in a thread when im done. Was only the nose but I give it a good wack!

Thats right Al, pointy noses are a thing of the past anyway
