Mathias Holmberg is the other guy - pretty sure the footage is from the Gaastra Heart and Soul video from many years ago

He has won the US windsurf racing title for the last few years as well.

I'd reckon this clip is probably from the year he won the PWA Course Racing title, and the last year race sails were made from mylar.

Back in the day even Phil McGain wasn't too concerned about a bit of mast sticking out.
