I would like to thank all those that helped me at Haven last Saturday. Special thanks to James & Mat for fetching the life guards ,getting me to hospital and taking my car home. I owe you guys a slab.

Have Broken three bones in my foot and torn ligaments. The swelling has finally moderated. Endone with Chardonney is helping with the pain.Booked into surgery for some plates , Pins & screws.

Catchup after rehab

Hi Joe. Terrible news about your foot! Wishing you well on the recovery. Putting my pharmacologist hat on, can I advise against mixing Endone (or any opiate) with alcohol. Very easy to get so bombed you stop breathing.

Sorry to hear your news Joe. I can feel your pain and frustration! I snapped my foot (Lisfranc Fracture and Dislocation) in 2014, took a year to fully recover from it. I still get pain from time to time after a session of jumping. All the best!
