A site visit looks to be planned for 22 Jan 2025. Solar panels cannot produce sufficient charge during the day due to bird droppings. Panels to be cleaned.

Windfinder still producing accurate readings.i use it all the time for North Haven and Airport wind speeds. Not sure from where or how but this afternoon the app had 23knots showing for NH which for me, a heavy fella, is 4.5m weather. It was spot on!

22-24 on 4.5
25 + on 4.0

Actual wind readings with accurate speeds I find fairly irrelevant. I just need something that produces consistent data to educate my sail choice. Generally speaking this app is reliable for that.

Ok. Good to know M. When we get those summer high systems pass through, and we get a SSE pattern. I look at Sellicks reading. The gulf will bend the wind around and add a few knots. So, all's not totally lost without Blackpole.
