The 4.7 and the 5.4 use the same panel layout, luff sleeve and head pin ( this was used on all North Sails up until 2016, it is still used on the small high wind sails) There are three different size-dependent concepts, each sail size is individually matched to the wind strength. With 3 different luff sleeves with different materials to make this happen.
Because the 4.7 and 5.4 are high wind sails which use more down haul compared to the other sizes the luff material will stretch a little more, all part of the design. You will get closer to the 415cm setting after 3-4 outings. These markings are after all are just guide lines to get you out on the water as soon as possible with little fuss..
Here is my sail also rigged at 412cm as it has not been on the water as yet.
