bugger that you're missing out brad. we picked Friday because its holidays for most.

there is going to be some timing issues in the new year as I have sport on sundays and frank has sport on Saturdays. which day suits everyone else? saturday or sunday?

josh has sport too on one day.

I'll be there Friday most likely.. just need to organise a sitter. I don't think the boys are quite ready to come windsurfing with us for the whole day although they have finally had a try and like it!
Saturday is our sports day starting Feb.

dont forget arvo high tide so 12.30-1.00 kick off.

ok so we have made the decision to postpone the friday meet.

there are too many calendar clashes for the main participants so turnout will be poor.

we will reschedule to be in the next 2 weeks.

can everyone confirm their preferred day on the weekends that's work / kid sport free.

Varies between Sat and Sun.
Make it whatever suits the majority and I will try and get there.

Looks like you'd better lobby Palaszczuk for an 8 day weekend if you wanna have fun together on your LT's

It's an election year, you'll be right.

or you could just freeride on your pat malone and have heaps more fun

Anyone going out tomorrow in the Brisy area on their LT. I'm planning on going out from the RQYS but am happy to go elsewhere.

think a few are having a freestyle session tomorrow at point halloran. at the sandy beach on the esplanade. just after lunch. you should see some sails. might be a raceboard or 2 as well. quite a few longboards getting used around victoria point.

Ahh bugger!!! I was looking forward to that. Was taking the Daughter for a nice day. Still might go anyway.
Neap tides, so there'll be water there all day tomorrow.

yup. to many have work and fam commitments and traffic is very heavy. took 5 hours to get to the lake a few days back.

we are planning a rerun in the next 2 weeks. just gotta look at tides.

rescheduled meet is for this coming saturday at sandstone point. 2.2m high tide is late morning so 9.30-10am kick off.

last chance before the guys head to the nationals.

Might be good for short board's along the oyster bank, low tide in the arvo I recon.

Brad, it should be glorious for the Wally mate, with a bit of a blow in the arvo again hopefully.
Last few times there, on the same forecast, It has blown every time.
I haven't bothered re-rigging thought. As usual I've been having enough fun on the Wally.
If it comes in today, I might rig something faster though.

But there won't be water for very long. I'm having a beer at Turner's right now. Wouldn't it provide more area for our centerboard depth, and better tactical practice? And for more of the day. Not much more walk and a bit of mud, but who cares? Beautiful place when the tides up in the morning.

it will be ok at sandstone. high tide is 10.30.

we can get a good morning session in and kick the bbq on around 12.30 perfect for lunch.

sandstone is easier to drop marks for a course and a nicer spot all round.
