Hi All,

We will be holding the Windsurfing Queensland AGM on Wednesday the 15th of July at 6.00pm. I am yet to decide on a venue but it will most likely be at Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club or the Royal Queensland Yacht Club.

I will follow up with an agenda in the next few days and hope to see a nice turn up like we have been seeing in recent years.

Any venue update yet mate?

I will try and get there but will be late, probably 6.30ish.

Unless you have an RQYS member to sign in all guests I would suggest MBTBC as a better venue.

I've booked a table for 20 (optimistic as usual, especially with these cold nights) at Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club. We will hold off until you get there Cammd so the meeting will start at 6.30pm but if everyone could aim at getting there by 6.00pm we can get organised before Cam arrives.

Who can attend?

In theory, members only but we like to make it open to all sailors to get a good cross section of views. If numbers get too high we might restrict it but until then please feel welcome to come along.

The only restriction will be that if you are not a member of one of the affiliated clubs you won't have any voting rights.

AGM Agenda enclosed. Please remember that MBTBC allows us to use their facilities without asking that we hire a room so if you can please thank them by buying a drink at the bar or a meal from the restaurant. They serve great food but if you do want a meal then order it before the meeting as the kitchen does close early.

Also if you want a copy of the agenda to follow please copy this and bring it along with you.
