Hi Members

Forecast is looking favorable for some racing this weekend.

Next update and possible 'Notice of Race' will be issued after 3.15pm Friday.

ATTENTION We are still looking for members or members friends to volunteer for boat crew PLEASE help out

I think Brenden is worried about all the Russian Warships off Wynnum Creek at the moment.....

Racing is on tomorrow at Wynnum, we still require a boat crew or if anyone has putin's phone number we'll ask the russians to help.

Couldn't help noticing. I've just lost one of each of those. (wouldn't call them new though) Didn't happen to find them did you.

The wind has swung around NNE ATM, looking good for racing this afternoon. Inner beacon is showing some good pressure already.

Well who would've thought... 20-25 knots forecast & only enough wind to tease us.

Someone said blame the president, perhaps as he only packed small gear & was really buggered from yesterday

Well when the other 50 boards and 60 sails still in stock go , I might clear my debt .... , but hey if you don't have it in stock what else would you lot drool over

No racing since only Dave M and Bailey seemed to be able to get going consistently. This was first time as a spectator, there was plenty of fast looking gear on display, reckon it would be spectacular when the racing is happening. I'll try to get down with the long lens next time.

Nice shots KookieMonster. Please do come down when it is blowing, it gets very exciting, especially around the gybe marks. Perhaps you could score a seat in the start boat to get some action shots.

Well, we hate to do it but it seems highly unlikely we are going to get any wind this Sunday, so we will go ahead and cancel the event.
