Heading to Boreen Point for a week from 23/10 for some R&R primarily, and hopefully some sailing. Just wondering if any of the locals have an opinion on the chances of planing wind for that week. Wondering whether it's worth towing my gear trailer 850km on the goat track. Probably a bit far out at this stage but any assistance will be appreciated. I have a SLW so only need 11 knots to get going.

It would be a painful time on the beach if the wind is blowing and you have no gear
