Just a few pics taken from a rig I've set up from the back of my boom - taken Sat 18th at Redcliffe in "Not so Flat water"..

And the last pic is the day's adventure dodging reefs etc..

Thats an awful lot of windward sailing in rough water. You must have that thing dialed in very well.

Saw you come by Queens btw.

Great run Dave, some big angles in there, pic's look great off the boom also, especially in the swells, how many K's was that?

I did 85km total, Longest reach was 9.8km and averaged 19.96knots for 2 hours - almost cracked 20knots for 2hrs - need less upwind stuff for that..

That's pretty impressive, I can't get past the reef at queens without hitting hit

Yeah Lee! It seems to pull you in like a magnet. The sea-floor is littered with your fins!

Great pics Dave and big distance in the lumpy stuff! Can see why you would have been cramping after that run to Sandgate!
