There was a post awhile back about a young bloke trying to break the 30 knot barrier. Well after lots of trying, some new gear it has happened.![]()
Marni broke one of the magic barriers and clocked a 30.28 on a Falcon 79 and RSR 6.7 yesterday on the sacred waters of Narrabeen Lagoon. Talk about a happy camper. He was looking good so big congrats and to Windtechno who said he was only good to be a jockey, a big I told you so!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well i take my hat off to him i just thought the kid would make a good jockey thats all he is very light. but still i take my hat off to him if he gets any faster maybe he could join the pit crerw and ride KA.![]()

cheers larko and to every body who responded to that post. an you deano. all your pointers were awsome. after some awsome sessions with leo an jonny at botany, all tips were experimented with. including opening my back foot straps to allow board trim ( cheers bro
) windsurfing is the most bestest fun ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats marni
I'm proud of you and Leo & John. You all have improved speed wise and especially style wise. It's no good going fast if you don't look comfortable and you all do.
Maybe you're coach has helped as well as all of the other people who have given you advice along the way. Wait for a good day at Sandringham sand bank and things can only get better. Oh!! and bring Larko with you!!! he has still more speed left in the old buggar!!
I'm proud of you![]()
