Can the home page on GPSTC go back to how it was with more recent entries down the home page further? The "Latest Sessions" is way too short now and you can't see all the action and PB's from recent posting. It used to be at least double what it is now. For example - at the moment it only has the last 2 hours of lines on it and some people may not look for some time (well I'm not on here every 2 hours anyway) so feel I'm missing out on seeing some peoples excellent results and PB's. It's just not the same going to "Recent Sessions" page as it doesn't have the same PB listing and Activity rating.
It was good before so why has it been changed? Did this happen to speed it up?
Anyway just my 2 cents worth as I'd like a longer list. Hope I'm not the only one feeling and seeing this.

I agree that you can (and do) miss sessions with the reduced list although don't quote me on it but as the site was frustratingly slow to load, Nebs recently spent some time speeding up the site and to do this whittled down the number of latest sessions on the home page. As I understand it, it's either the choice of a faster site with fewer listed sessions or an incredibly slow webpage with more listed sessions.
My 2 cents - I'm all for a faster site at the expense of a larger "latest sessions" list. I recall a long time ago a request to have a filter for latest sessions list i.e. sessions only from Australia but can't quite remember the reason it wasn't implemented - in fact I think the list was increased to ameliorate the concerns you mentioned above. One really annoying thing is when someone (more than usual an international sailor) puts in a whole months worth of sessions in one go bumping all recent posts off the home page.
maybe then the lastest session should filter by date of session and not date of posting ??

Just go to Sessions > Recent on the home page and you can see everything there.
