HI all , just got myself a CanMore 102 gps , can someone pleas explain how and if you can put the display to read Knots ? Also just a bit about getting the downloads onto a Mac comp.

I dont believe that it can show knots. There are no nautical options when you choose your activity (walk run cycle etc)

To get the info off, are you using KA72?
Plug the Canmore in and watch for its icon to appear on desk top
If so log into KA72 and choose UPLOAD.
Instead of putting anything in the box, use the select button.
The Canmore should be listed under devices on the top left of the drop box.
Choose and ultimately your info will be under an activities heading. Click and find it
Choose the fit.file# you want and then click button on bottom right and KA will do the rest.
If you are GPSTCing then it will also ask you if you want to post there too, click on the button and its magic.
On KA the visibility should all be set to public (i think)

Beware!! when you unplug the Canmore. Right click to choose eject then unplug as soon as the icon disappears from DT and before it returns.
IT WILL CORRUPT YOUR INTERNAL MEMORY IF YOU MESS IT UP TOO MANY TIMES. just saying!

That's ironic, I just got one and used it today. I have exactly the same questions, I was advised that on a Mac it was automatic but is NOT !!! Following......

I use mine in a PAQUA key bag, perfect fit!
