Just looking at different achievement this year - 2017- I come across that one.
If that is even physically possible? Since max 2s isn't even far, only 2 knots more...
but the next one on the list looks more probable for me...

Well the first one is obviously wrong. As for the second one, it is possible but the data is from a mobile phone so it's likely wrong also.

Are these posted on the GPS SS site? Are they ok with any device being used especially when very good numbers are posted.

Yep, the first is most definitely wrong, and the second is very highly suspect. I would have no confidence in it's accuracy at all.

This is exactly why we don't allow posting from these sub standard devices in the GPS-TC.
